When a printer is installed properly and it showing working properly. But the printer is not printing any document. What we can do..? Just try this.. If it does not solve your issue.. try a google search once more.. :-)
1. Remove the USB cable connected to the computer USB port.
2. Remove the Device from the Devices and Printers in Control Panel.
3. Open Print Management ( Click on Windows icon and search for Print Management ).
4. Select Print Servers from left window, Select local ( with our computer name)
5. Right Click on local and take Properties
6. Go to Drivers Tab
7. Select the Printer and click on Remove.
8. From the Remove option, select Remove Driver and Driver Package.
9. Now install the Driver for the Printer, during installation the computer will ask us to connect the printer.
10. Now connect the USB cable and the driver will be installed. ...:-) And now enjoy printing.. :-)
